Refund policy

Zobi runs on a prepaid ad-spend wallet. You set your own daily spend budget, and we charge your payment method to fund it. Once a message has been sent against that budget, the fee for it is earned and, except where required by applicable law, non-refundable, in line with our terms of service.

Billing errors and unauthorized charges

If you believe a charge was made in error, duplicated, or was not authorized by you, for example because of fraud or a compromised payment method, contact us at support@heyzobi.com as soon as you notice it. We investigate every report and refund the charge if we confirm it was incorrect or unauthorized.

How to request a refund

Email support@heyzobi.com with your store name, the charge in question, and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within a few business days and will let you know the outcome and, where a refund is due, when to expect it back on your payment method.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge directly with your bank or card issuer, let us know as well. We investigate on our end regardless, but reaching out to us directly is usually the faster way to get a billing error corrected.
