Pricing
Pay for it like paid media, not software.
There is no seat fee and no monthly contract. You set a daily budget, Zobi spends it having one-to-one conversations with your customers, and you pay for what it actually sends. It usually returns about 3x.
How the budget works
Step 1
Set a daily spend
Pick a budget the way you would for an ad campaign. Start small, raise it once you see conversations converting.
Step 2
Zobi reaches your customers
A bigger budget reaches more customers each day, a smaller one reaches fewer. Zobi always prioritizes the highest-intent conversations first.
Step 3
You pay for what it spends
No spend, no charge. What it does spend is billed against the orders it brings in, usually at about 3x return.
Common questions
Is there a subscription fee?
No. You set a daily spend budget, and Zobi only charges for what it actually spends reaching out to your customers.
How does the budget change what happens?
A bigger budget means Zobi reaches more of your customers each day. A smaller one means fewer, higher-priority conversations. Either way, the same agent is working your list, just at a different pace.
What kind of return should I expect?
Across stores, Zobi usually returns about 3x the budget in recovered and new orders. Treat it like paid media: you are buying conversations that convert, not seats or software.
Can I change my budget any time?
Yes. Raise it, lower it, or pause it from your dashboard whenever you want. Changes take effect on the next send.
What am I actually paying for?
Every conversation Zobi has with a customer on your behalf, across iMessage, SMS, and RCS: writing the message, sending it, and handling the reply.
