Statistics and benchmarks
For this guide, the data file contains 27 reported observations from three publisher pages. Performance data is mainly from 2025; the abandonment research combines studies from different periods. The source-check date is 26 October 2026.
We retain the publisher, exact source URL, value, unit, metric definition, denominator, population, period and known limitations for each observation. Table values, chart labels and downloadable data must agree.
What may be compared
Metrics are compared only when their definitions support the comparison. Different attribution windows, event definitions or populations can make apparently similar conversion rates incompatible. A percentile range describes a distribution, not a guaranteed result for a store.
Revenue attributed to a message is not automatically incremental profit. A useful merchant experiment needs its own eligible population, outcome window, control and cost definition.
How listicles differ
A listicle needs a defined reader decision, inclusion criteria, an evidence record for each entity and disclosure of commercial relationships. It must explain why an item belongs on the list. A rank or score requires a reproducible basis; missing information does not become a zero.
This statistics guide is not a ranked listicle. A future listicle must provide its own selection method and review date rather than inheriting an unrelated article’s criteria.
What the checks establish
Automated checks help catch changed values, missing context, broken links and mismatched exports. They do not establish that a source is true or that a page will rank. Source review, visual review and observed outcomes remain separate.
